No, we don’t create custom designs, however we encourage you to use our EasyCad tool. It lets anyone easily design and edit 3D cubes models in the web browser. Yes you can drill holes. Although you can drill anywhere on the components, we’ve designed certain parts of the Easyblox, EasyCubes and Easywalls with drilling in mind. The middle of the panels have circular openings of 20, and 60mm pre-constructed.

The Easycubes have replaceable covers that allow you to completely cover and customize your display with your own logo’s and prints.

Yes, we have covers also in black color but if you are looking for some other colors we have a set of 6 standard textures that our distributors can offer you. For orders larger than 600 covers we can produce them in any custom color you want.

We have white and black colored cubes in stock, but for orders larger then 600 floors we can make cubes in any custom color. For smaller orders please ask your local distributor to use coating to make your desired color.

A truck with a transport storage space of 8 feet by 40 feet can load up to 20 Asia-standard export pallets, 30 European-standard pallets and 24 industrial-standard pallets. A truck with a larger storage capacity can fit more pallets for transportation.

Size of the Euro pallet is 800mm x x1200mm, while the size of standard pallet is 1000mm x 1200mm. 20ft Container can be loaded on 11 EUR pallets or on 9-10 standard pallets only in one row 40ft containers can be loaded on 23-24 EUR pallets or 20-21 standard pallets only in one row.

All Pallets are delivered with protective cardboard corners and protective wrapping foil. The covers and floors come pre-packed in cardboard packaging

A cube dimensions are 40x40x20 cm, stacked they only take 19cm height, so 1 cube has the height of 20cm, and 2 cubes stacked have the height of 39cm. A floor dimensions are 40x40x5 cm, stacked they only take 4cm height, so 1 floor has the height of 5cm, and 2 floors stacked have the height of 9cm. A cover dimensions are 40x40x1 cm, covers are not stackable

EasyBuild© components are HB proof so they will not catch fire if you apply a flame for s short time such as 30 seconds. However if the EasyBuild© components are exposed to high temperatures for a very long time, the plastic will burn such as a wood fire. Please investigate the flammability certifications required and enquire about local regulations before using EasyBuild© components. Certified fire resistant adapted V0 and V1 easyblox components are available on request. Standard EasyBuild© products are not fire proof.

We have been testing EasyBuild© components assembled in cubes in accordance with the international testing standards for computer floor tiles (raised floors) where a point load is applied on the cubes up to a pressure of 1980 Newton (about 200 kg). Based on this we can guarantee for easyblox a 150 kg point load for a minimum surface area of 5x5cm. For the EasyCubes floor tiles a 250 kg point load for a minimum surface area of 5x5cm

The materials used are weather, water and insect decay resistant. Please note however that EasyBuild© components can be damaged by sunlight. Exposure to sunlight may affect strength, impact resistance and other technical features of EasyBuild© modules. As such EasyBuild© modules should not be used after being exposed to sunlight for periods longer then 72h. Special EasyBuild© components are available on request for outdoor use.

The Easycubes have a special texture and can be easily cleaned, they do not easily scratch. The Easycubes covers are more exposed to the possibility of being scratched. We advise to apply a texture or scratch resistant coating on the covers.

Yes we have optional scratch resistant finish. Currently we only produce scratch resistant covers on request, for orders larger than 1000 covers we can make a custom print or scratch resistant coating. We expect soon to have scratch resistant covers on stock. If you need smaller amounts of scratch resistant covers, then we advise you to apply a varnish or lamination

Absolutely. All our products are 100% recyclable, so at the end of its useful life you can just recycle it in your container park or give it back to us, we will even pay you in return for your old products so we can give your old products a new life.

We are committed to reduce landfill waste. We build our products to last, and you can always replace your covers to extend the life of your products. When they do finally wear out, feel free to send them back to us for recycling.

EasyBlox is made from 100% HIPS, considered a hard, tough, heat-resistant and superior engineering plastic that is widely used in appliance housings, luggage and automotive interior parts. Essentially a modified styrene copolymer, Hips combines resilience hardness and rigidity.

*On all our products we have achieved the CE certificate which is a European standard for being safe to use and which allows the free movement of the product in all European countries. *On all our products we have achieved the ROHS certificate (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) which certifies that our products do not contain Lead, Mercury, Cadmium and other heavy metals. *Flammability: On all our products we have been testing the flammability of our products in accordance to UL94 and our products passed the “HB” test (Horizontal Burning).

We have performed tests where the components where subjected to being assembled and disassembled over 1.000 times. There was no damage. You can compare it with the clip of a bicycle helmet. This one also lasts more than 10 years. However we give a warranty of 2 years.

EasyBuild© components should be cleaned with potable, non-heated water. Normal water pressure is sufficient. No cleaning products are to be used and tough stains are to be removed with a soft cleaning tool like a sponge or cleaning cloth. Use of cleaning chemicals or sharp instruments to clean the modules will damage the EasyBuild© components, and therefore void the product warranty.

EasyBuild© components have a maximum working temperature of 50 °C degrees and a minimum working temperature of -20 °C degrees. Don’t use EasyBuild© components in places where they are exposed to extreme heat. Higher or lower temperatures than those listed may affect strength and impact resistance and as such Blox modules should not be used.

The cubes have a matte finish and do not attract dust easily. The covers may attract dust in some situations. Environmental differences can be the root cause here. You may ask for special antistatic covers, we can produce such covers in higher quantities. For smaller quantities you may use a Staticizing Dusting Spray on your cover panels (such as these)  https://www.amazon.com/Polyshield-X-Staticizing-Dusting-Spray-8oz/dp/B00E7YE8B2  Another way to protect your easycubes from dust is to use printed cover panels, cover panels with print and varnish will not very likely show or catch dust. Use the cubes without cover panels.

The floors already have 2 dimensional cable channels. You can put a cable here, you will need to break away a dedicated cable opening on the cover panel sides when you want to use the cable channels. The cubes have an opening on the top cap for integrating cable grommets. You will need a standard circle drill to cutout the center. You can fil this newly made opening with any standard cable desk grommet to make a very clean cable outlet. You can find any cable desk grommet at your typical hardware store.

We only use direct print because this gives the best effect and prints the corners and edges as well

In average a single display is set up in 5 minutes, a stand of 3x3 meters takes 20 minutes to install
